For Tahitia "Mrs. Tee" Brown, childcare has never been just about caring for children—it has always been about shaping futures. As the Owner and Executive Director of Cuddlebugs Learning Center, Mrs. Tee has dedicated her career to creating exceptional experiences for children, families, and educators. What began as a dream has grown into multiple learning centers serving East Texas, including Cuddlebugs Learning Center Tyler, Cuddlebugs Learning Center Longview, and The Nest, our dedicated infant center, all built on the same commitment to excellence, intentionality, and meaningful relationships. She believes every child deserves to be known, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated. That belief has become the standard that shapes everything at Cuddlebugs. Every decision. Every detail. Every child. Every time.
It's more than a philosophy—it's the promise behind every experience we create. Mrs. Tee is passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating systems that allow children, families, and educators to succeed together. She believes exceptional experiences are created by exceptional people and has built Cuddlebugs around a culture of growth, accountability, hospitality, and excellence.
Outside of Cuddlebugs, Mrs. Tee enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She loves to laugh, enjoys adventure and shopping, and finds genuine joy in watching others grow and succeed. Whether mentoring a leader, encouraging a teacher, or celebrating a child's milestone, she believes that investing in people is one of life's greatest privileges.
